The Presidency of CARI COSTRUZIONI S.R.L. defines the Quality Assurance policy, as well as the goals and general guidelines to be pursued on the basis of the policy formulated. It also commits itself to maintain and improve the Quality Assurance System by:
- using adequate resources to manage the development, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Assurance System;
- training all the staff on the Quality Assurance System;
- increasing the employees’ awareness of customers’ needs and requirements;
- monitoring the level of customer satisfaction;
- carrying out regular reviews of the quality Assurance System
Customer-care
CARI COSTRUZIONI S.R.L. is customer-oriented company. Therefore the Group has started a steady process to check whether customers’ needs are met, which is based not only on the detection of non-conformities, involving it directly, but also on a documented monitoring of the activity performed.
The documents collected are regularly reviewed by the Presidency.
The Quality Assurance policy
The Presidency has defined the general principles on which the CARI CONSTRUCTION S.R.L. quality assurance policy is based.
Each year, once set specific goals, the Presidency assesses whether the contents of the Quality Assurance policy are suitable for reaching these objectives within present deadlines.
The Quality Assurance policy and its related goals stem from a careful and objective analysis of the internal situation, the results reached and future goals, as well as of the external environment and customers and stakeholders’ demands.
The Quality Assurance Policy is formalized by the Presidency with a specific document and it is disseminated and explained to all the Group staff.
The Manager responsible for Quality Assurance (RQ) and all the staff are committed to disseminating and outlining the Quality Assurance policy at all the organization levels with the maximum transparency.
Planning
Quality objectives
The objectives are set annually by the top management and can be quantified and measured by means of specific “indexes”, which allow to check the level achieved and identify areas for improvement.
The objectives take into account the Quality Assurance policy, the needs of the Group and the market in which CARI CONSTRUCTION S.R.L. operates. They are defined for the whole corporate organization and entrusted to the various managers responsible for them, within their spheres of competence.
Quality Planning
The Quality Assurance system is the tool enabling CARI CONSTRUCTION S.R.L. to implement the Quality Assurance policy and pursue the specific objectives defined, including the ongoing monitoring of all production processes.
The Quality Assurance system operates in the different areas according to a pattern for activity planning, verification, correction and prevention of non-conformities and improvement actions.
Quality is planned by means of the following tools:
- the Quality manager (MQ);
- the procedures, instructions and specific forms;
- the works Plan.
Responsibilities and Authority
All the processes affecting quality are regulated by procedures which define responsibilities in the framework of the described process.
